For reference:

On 11 November 2019, the Kyrgyz Republic ratified the Paris Agreement of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, signed on 12 December 2015 in Paris (Paris Agreement), which confirms the intention of the Kyrgyz Republic to transform economic activity models to low-carbon and to increase the climate resilience of the Kyrgyz Republic. These commitments are expressed in the provision of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), which bring together each country’s efforts to reduce national emissions and adapt to the effects of climate change. The NDC is renewed every five years. The updated national measures contributing to the achievement of the goal of the Paris Agreement are planned for spring 2021. They will be presented at the 26th Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC in November 2021 in Glasgow, UK.
