Teachers’ qualification plays a key role in children's education. That is why continuous professional development of teachers is a key element of the entire education system. However, recent events with the pandemic in the country have made their own adjustments to the education system and require its transition to online system. To ensure that this sector continues to develop with the times, the project "The Smart Way to Prosperity with Dynamic Education" was supported by UNDP Innovative Solutions competition. The DynEd project, which became one of the winners, is a multimedia program for learning English language. 20 teachers from different cities of Kyrgyzstan already trained by this system.

"The project involves 20 English teachers from Bishkek, Balykchy, Osh and Cholpon – Ata. We are happy that our method allows you to learn English at any age, in any region, from any level. After all, you should always strive and learn new things regardless of anything. 4 people do not have a job at the moment, and we really hope that as a result of this project, teachers will find a job and will learn about the opportunities to work online."

The participants of this project at different ages, the most adult is 60 years old. Alla Viktorovna teaches English in a public school. Despite her age, she considers that it is important and necessary to constantly improve your skills.  After all, children of new generation are becoming more advanced. Although the participant had problems with innovative technologies in the beginning, now she has already mastered online training.

"The training course is built in a very convenient form. Students can study at any level: elementary, intermediate, and advanced. All online textbooks are equipped with interesting tasks and  aimed at developing all four skills– understanding, speaking, reading and writing. I like it very much."

Alla Kol’zova, participant of the project

Most of the participants of the project speak English at the primary level. Only 5 people has advanced level of the language, and they work in private language schools.

"I am sure that each participant of the project will improve their  language level, and most importantly-will see a new paradigm of teaching - when the student himself is at the center of the educational process; when each student is treated individually; when the main goal is the result and skills of the student; when there is a fair and objective assessment system; when there is constant feedback to improve learning results and when there is independent work and immersion in the language environment.

In addition to English language, we will also provide several master classes on personal growth. After all, our goal is to help everyone achieve success!

A successful teacher is a successful student!"

20 teachers (three groups) have the opportunity to study every day on their devices at home online in the Dyned Program at a convenient time for them, because they have access to the program 24/7.  In addition to independent classes, teachers work with trainers of the language center Steppe Learning KG through Zoom 5 times a week. As a result, the intensive course will be about more than 60 hours per month.  At the end of July, each participant will receive certificates of their acquired level according to the international standard СЕFR. Then, 3 best teachers will be selected, who will be able to learn the DynEd method during the period of August – September. The training will include both the theory of the methodology and the practice itself. At the end of the project 20 students will also receive a CEFR certificate.
