Top-managers of the enterprises told the secret to run successful businessAug 19, 2016
More than 70 young entrepreneurs from all oblasts of the Kyrgyz Republic gathered in Jalal Abad for participating in Youth Business Forum. They visited successfully functioning companies and met with top managers of enterprises who shared their unique experience of management and intricacies of business conducting in Kyrgyzstan.
During the Business Forum within 15-16 August 2016, participants got knowledge on marketing, export and certification of products, legal issues of business regulation and many other themes.
“Forum helped me to clearly see my goal and create future plans. We are event making agency and I want to involve in this business as many young people as possible who live a trendy life. We make holidays and create peoples’ mood. What could be better, than doing the business you love to do,” - tells Aibek Nasekov, Head of Event Agency in Tokmok “A holiday for all and everyone”. Aibek won grant for his startup within UNDP/UNICEF/UNFPA project “Youth for peaceful changes”.
The format of the second day allowed having a conversation with top managers and asking questions.
“Business – is an alliance of resources- informational, human, financial, and administrative. Only in this case the business will be successful,” - advised the participants Timur Faiziev, Director General of Construction Company “Elite House”.
Juma Abdullaev, Head of “Stokker” Company noted any young person should get education and possible experience even negative one before one reaches 25 years old - the time of development of personality.
Among the speakers of the Business Forum were Juma Abdullaev, Founder of the Elevator Company “Stokker”, Timur Faiziev, Director General of Construction Company “Elite House”, Bermet Tologonova, Director of “Padishakh” Catering/President of Women Football League in Kyrgyzstan, Gulbarchyn Suunova, Head of "Enactus", Almaz Jorobaev, Director of “Ecostone”.
The main purpose of the Youth Business Forum is creation of dialogue platform for business newcomers and representatives of successful business structures and popularization of youth entrepreneurship in the republic.
The Business Forum Agenda reflected the results of survey conducted among young entrepreneurs which identified the urgent issues of startup business in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The youth business forum was conducted on the initiative of the State Agency of Youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sport under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic with the support of UNDP/UNICEF/UNFPA “Youth for Peaceful Changes” project.
