The Rule of Law implies protecting the rights of every person regardless of status and social standing whereas Access to Justice is its main principle.

In the absence of Access to Justice, people are unable to protect their rights, combat discrimination, receive quality services to protect their, combat discrimination, receive quality services to protect their rights and get a hearing. Practice shows that the rights of vulnerable populations are most at risk, and they often face insurmountable barriers to their enforcement. This publication gives the examples of the personal lives of people who managed to solve their legal problems, enhance legal literacy, change views and improve their lives.
