The main objective of this study is to determine the changes in the provision of public and municipal services in the 30 target municipalities that were part of the EU-UN project “Operationalizing Good Governance for Social Justice”.
The project supported local authorities, representatives of local authorities in improving the quality of services at the local level, increasing access of vulnerable groups to services and introducing new management tools and technologies in order to increase their effectiveness. It was implemented in 30 pilot municipalities of Kyrgyzstan.
