This Handbook is a practical guide on the application of the Standards of draft laws. It reveals the procedure of the specialized expertise of the legislation in five areas: 1) the legal expertise, and 2) the protection of human rights, and 3) a gender analysis, and 4) environmental impact assessment, and 5) the prevention of corruption.
The guide is designed to improve the quality of legislative expertise, as well as the achievements of professionals uniform understanding of such examination and adequate application of relevant standards in the peer activities. The manual contains a detailed description of the examination, the definition of its objectives, principles, scope, objects and subjects, as well as detailed questions to be answered by the person asking for the examination.
